Refunds & Returns
We do not offer refunds or returns on any orders — including custom or personalized items. As a small business working with high-quality and often delicate materials, we appreciate your understanding.
We do not accept exchanges or returns for change of mind, so please double-check sizing, colors, and listing details before purchasing.
Damages & Issues
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos so we can begin the claims process with the shipping carrier. After 7 days, we will be unable to assist with any damage claims.
Please note: Gold, silver, and black acrylic are delicate materials and may experience light surface scratches during shipping. This is not considered a defect.
We are not responsible for:
Items shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout
Damage caused during shipping (though we’ll help file a claim if needed)
Shipping & Processing Times
All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS.
Keychains: 2–3 business days for production and shipping
Display Stands: 4–6 business days for production and delivery
Express shipping is available to shorten delivery times
Please note that processing times may vary depending on order volume and product customization.
